The LAF300 E Series, namely Economy Version, are tailor-made for small-scale startups. Laundry Soap Making Machine Process Flow Description
- Soap noodles, along with additives such as fragrances and colorants, are loaded into the Mixer; during the mixing process, the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- The material is discharged from the mixer onto a conveyor line and transported to the Three-roll Mill for grinding. The material is processed into soap flakes.
- The ground soap flakes are conveyed to the Duplex Plodder, where they are extruded into a continuous bar.
- The soap bar passes through the Auto Cutter, where it is cut into segments of a preset length and stamped with the required logo. The laundry soap is now ready.
