Application
The LAF300 E Series, namely Economy Version, are tailor-made for small-scale startups. Bar Soap Production Line Process Flow Description
- Soap noodles, along with additives such as fragrances and colorants, are loaded into the Mixer; during the mixing process, the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- The material is discharged from the mixer onto a conveyor line and transported to the Three-roll Mill for grinding. The material is processed into soap flakes.
- The ground soap flakes are conveyed to the Duplex Plodder, where they are extruded into a continuous bar.
- When produce laundry soap, the soap bar passes through the Auto Cutter, where it is cut into segments of a preset length and stamped with the required logo. the laundry soap production is complete
- If producing toilet soap (bath soap), the Auto Cutter cuts the soap bar into segments of the required length; these soap blocks are then transferred to the Hydraulic Stamper, where they are molded into a specific shape and stamped with the designated logo. The toilet soap production is complete
