Application
The LAF300 S series is our standard production line, equipped with two three-roll mills which are capable of fuller and better material refinement. This processing enables various additives such as flavors, pigments, etc. in the raw materials to be more evenly mixed and the produced soaps to manifest a smooth texture and even color, making it suitable for clients who want to produce mid-to-high-end quality soaps.

Soap Making Production Line Process Flow Description
- Soap noodles, along with additives such as fragrances and colorants, are loaded into the Mixer; during the mixing process, the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- The material is discharged from the mixer onto a conveyor line and transported to the Three-roll Mill for grinding. The material is processed into soap flakes.
- The soap flakes will be conveyed once again to a three-roll mill for secondary grinding.
- The ground soap flakes are conveyed to the Simplex Plodder, where they are extruded into a continuous bar.
- When produce laundry soap. the soap bar passes through the Auto Cutter, where it is cut into segments of a preset length and stamped with the required logo. the laundry soap production is complete
- When produce toilet soap. the soap bar is automatically fed through the Auto Horizontal Stamper , where it is shaped into the pre-set form and imprinted with the required logo. The soap production process is now complete.
