This soap mixer machine is specially designed for bar soap production lines. It efficiently mixes soap noodles, oil, fragrance, pigment and other soap additives to get fully homogeneous raw materials, preparing stable feedstock for the follow-up milling, plodding and stamping processes. Equipped with food-grade stainless steel chamber and stirring paddles, it meets daily chemical hygiene standards, resists corrosion and is easy to clean. Operating Procedures of Soap Mixer

First, inspect and prepare the equipment. Check whether all components of the mixer are firmly installed and whether the power connection is normal. Clean the inside of the mixing chamber and ensure that there is no debris left. According to the production formula, accurately weigh the required soap raw materials.

Next, add raw materials. Open the cover of the mixing chamber and slowly pour the weighed raw materials into the mixing chamber one by one. Be careful to avoid spilling the raw materials.

Then, start the mixer. After confirming that all the raw materials have been added and securing the cover of the mixing chamber, press the “Forward” or “Reverse” button to start the mixer. It is recommended to switch the stirring direction every one minute. During the mixing process, the operator should closely observe the running status of the mixer. If abnormal sounds or vibrations are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Note: Do not open the cover while the mixer is in operation.

Subsequently, complete mixing. When the required stirring effect is achieved, press the stop button, and the mixer will stop running. Open the cover of the mixing chamber and check the mixing effect of the raw materials.

Finally, discharge the material. Discharge the mixed raw materials through the discharge port and convey them to the next production process. After discharging, clean the mixing tank and discharge port in time to prevent raw material residues from affecting the next production.
