Application
The LAF2000-Pro series is our company’s high-end production line. It utilizes a dual sigma mixer to replace the single-paddle mixer and is equipped with a simplex refiner instead of a three-roller mill. This sophisticated line features a screen on the refiner to filter out impurities like metal filings. It also provides excellent grinding performance, ensuring a more uniform blend of additives, flavors, and pigments, resulting in smooth, uniformly colored soap. It is suitable for customers seeking to produce mid- to high-quality medicated and beauty soaps, as well as for cosmetics and pharmaceutical factories requiring GMP certification.

Soap Production Line Process Flow Description
- Pour the soap noodles and additives, such as fragrances and colorants, into the Sigma Mixer. As the two Sigma-shaped mixing blades operate simultaneously, the materials are rapidly crushed and blended.
- The material is discharged from the mixer into the conveying line and transported to the Simplex Refiner for grinding. The material is ground into particles.
- The soap flakes will be conveyed once again to the Three-roll Mill for secondary grinding.
- The ground soap flakes are conveyed to the Duplex Plodder, where they are extruded into a continuous bar.
- When produce laundry soap. the soap bar passes through the Auto Cutter, where it is cut into segments of a preset length and stamped with the required logo. The laundry soap production is complete.
- When produce toilet soap, the continuous soap bar passes through the Auto Cutter to be sectioned into individual bars. These bars are then conveyed via a conveyor line to Auto Vertical Stamper, where they are automatically molded into a pre-set shape and stamped with the required logo. At this stage, the production of the soap is complete.
