500kg/h Laundry Soap Production Line Successfully Shipped to Burkina Faso

Soap Production Line Using Palm Oil Bath Soap Manufacturing Machine

We are thrilled to announce that another major project has reached a successful milestone! A complete set of our 500kg/h laundry soap production line has successfully passed all rigorous factory testing, been securely packaged, and is now officially loaded into the shipping container, en route to our valued client in Burkina Faso.

Customer Background & Project Challenges

Our client in Burkina Faso is a fast-growing local manufacturer aiming to expand their daily chemical market share by scaling up laundry soap production. However, they faced several operational bottlenecks with their legacy equipment:

  • Low Production Capacity: Manual and semi-automated setups failed to meet the soaring local market demand for quality laundry soap bars.
  • Inconsistent Product Quality: Previous machinery suffered from uneven soap mixing and unstable extrusion, resulting in soap bars prone to cracking and high defect rates.
  • High Labor Costs: Too many manual intervention points drove up operational overhead and limited profitability.

To overcome these challenges, they partnered with us to design a modern, highly efficient, and automated 500kg/h laundry soap manufacturing line tailored to their specific operational scale.

Tailored Solution: Complete 500kg/h Soap Manufacturing Equipment List

Our engineering team provided a turnkey solution optimized for medium-scale industrial production, ensuring high density, smooth texture, and consistent stamping. The shipped line includes:

  1. Mixer / Amalgamator: Ensures thorough blending of soap noodles, sodium silicate, perfume, and colorants with high uniformity.
  2. Three-Roll Mill: Refines the soap flakes to a finer texture, eliminating air pockets and enhancing the soap’s compactness and glossiness.
  3. Duplex Vacuum Plodder Machine: Features a double-stage vacuum chamber that extracts air efficiently, guaranteeing a dense, crack-resistant soap bar.
  4. Automatic Cutting & Stamping Machine: Delivers precise cutting lengths and crisp, clear brand logo impressions on every bar.
  5. Conveying System & Control Panel: Seamlessly links the entire workflow with automated electrical controls to minimize labor input.

Strict Quality Inspection & Container Loading (FAT)

Before dispatch, every single machine underwent a 72-hour Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) under simulated full-load conditions to verify motor stability, output capacity, and mechanical safety.

To withstand the long-distance maritime voyage and inland African transit, our logistics team executed stringent export packaging protocols:

  • All core components were wrapped in moisture-proof, anti-corrosion plastic film.
  • Machines were securely anchored inside heavy-duty, fumigated wooden crates to prevent shifting or impact damage.
  • Professional crane operators carefully managed the heavy-lift container loading (FCL) process at our facility yard.

The shipment has now departed from the port, heading smoothly toward its destination in Burkina Faso.

Customer Benefits & Outlook

Upon arrival, our remote technical support team will guide the client through local installation, electrical integration, and initial commissioning. Once operational, this new 500kg/h line is expected to:

  • Double their previous output capacity while ensuring consistent high quality.
  • Cut down manual labor requirements by over 40%.
  • Deliver a rapid return on investment (ROI) within the first year of operation.
