- Soap noodles, along with additives such as fragrances and colorants, are loaded into the Mixer; during the mixing process, the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- The material is discharged from the mixer onto a conveyor line and transported to the Three-roll Mill for grinding. The material is processed into soap flakes.
- The ground soap flakes are conveyed to the Simplex Plodder, where they are extruded into a continuous bar.
- The soap bar is automatically fed through the Auto Horizontal Stamper , where it is shaped into the pre-set form and imprinted with the required logo. The soap production process is now complete.
