LAP100-AE 100kg/h Noodle Process
Application
The LAP100-AE is an economical soap-making machine using soap noodles as raw material. It is also suitable for small-scale beginners in family workshops. Compared with LAP50-A, it can save time and labor costs for mixing and grinding materials, and double the production capacity. In addition, it serves as an ideal R&D testing equipment for large-scale daily chemical product manufacturers.

Small Soap Production Line Process Flow Description
The LAP100-AE is a compact, semi-automated system designed for small-scale soap production.
- Soap noodles, along with additives such as fragrances and colorants, are loaded into the Mixer; during the mixing process, the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- The material is discharged from the mixer onto a conveyor line and transported to the Three-roll Mill for grinding. The material is processed into soap flakes.
- The ground soap flakes are conveyed to the Simplex Plodder, where they are extruded into a continuous bar.
- Wire Cutter is used to slice the soap bar into segments of the desired length. At this stage, the laundry soap production is complete.
- If producing toilet soap (bath soap), the cut soap segments are placed onto Hydraulic Stamper to be molded into a specific shape and embossed with a logo. The toilet soap production is complete.
