Small Soap Making Machine Process Flow Description
The LAP50-B is a compact device designed for producing soap from oil.
- First, add the oils or fatty acids and the sodium hydroxide solution into the Homogenization Mixer, then heat and stir the mixture. After one hour of stirring and saponification, the oils or fatty acids undergo complete saponification with the sodium hydroxide to form a liquid soap solution.
- Discharge the liquid soap from the mixer and pour it into prepared molds to cool. After 12 hours of cooling, the liquid soap solidifies into blocks of soap. Remove the soap blocks from the molds.
- Use the manual cutter to slice the soap bars into the desired lengths. If producing laundry soap, place the cut soap blocks onto the stamper to imprint the logo. The production of the laundry soap is now complete.
- If producing bath soap, place the cut soap blocks onto a manual stamping machine to imprint the desired shape and logo. The production of the bath soap is now complete.
