Application
The LAP100-B model is a small standard soap-making machine that uses oil as raw material. It is not only fit for small-scale beginners using family workshops, but also suitable for producing high-quality crystal soaps such as glycerin soap and amino acid soap.

Soap Production Line Using Palm Oil Process Flow Description
The LAP100-B is a small, automated piece of equipment used to produce soap from oil.
- First, add the oils or fatty acids and the sodium hydroxide solution into the Homogenization Mixer, then heat and stir the mixture. After one hour of stirring and saponification, the oils or fatty acids undergo complete saponification with the sodium hydroxide to form a liquid soap solution.
- Discharge the liquid soap from the mixer and pour it into prepared molds to cool. After 12 hours of cooling, the liquid soap solidifies into blocks of soap. Remove the soap blocks from the molds.
- After breaking the soap blocks into pieces, place them into the Simplex Refiner and add the required additives, such as fragrances and colorants. Following the grinding process, the mixture forms into granules.
- The soap pellets are conveyed to a three-roll mill for grinding. The material is ground into soap flakes.
- The soap bar passes through the Auto Cutter, where it is cut into segments of a preset length and stamped with the required logo. The laundry soap production is complete
- If producing toilet soap (bath soap), the Auto Cutter cuts the soap bar into segments of the required length; these soap blocks are then transferred to the Hydraulic Stamper, where they are molded into a specific shape and stamped with the designated logo. The toilet soap production is complete
