LAP100-AS 100kg/h Noodle Process
Application
The LAP100-AS is a small standard equipment for making soap with soap noodles as raw material. While suitable for home-based workshops, it has achieved preliminary automation to reduce labor requirements. Although the initial equipment cost is slightly higher than that of LAP50-A and LAP100-AE, it saves a large amount of labor costs in the subsequent production.

Small Soap Making Machine Process Flow Description
The LAP100-AS is a compact automated system designed for soap production.
- Soap noodles, along with additives such as fragrances and colorants, are loaded into the Mixer; during the mixing process, the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- The material is discharged from the mixer onto a conveyor line and transported to the Three-roll Mill for grinding. The material is processed into soap flakes.
- The ground soap flakes are conveyed to the Simplex Plodder, where they are extruded into a continuous bar.
- The soap bar passes through the Auto Cutter, where it is cut into segments of a preset length and stamped with the required logo. the laundry soap production is complete
- If producing toilet soap (bath soap), the Auto Cutter cuts the soap bar into segments of the required length; these soap blocks are then transferred to the Hydraulic Stamper, where they are molded into a specific shape and stamped with the designated logo. The toilet soap production is complete
