This process design uses two three roll mills for sufficient refining, which ensures fine and smooth soap texture. The ST-DP500 duplex vacuum plodder is the core unit to extrude compact toilet soap bars, reducing soap sweating and deformation in tropical hot weather. The ST-ASC1 auto horizontal stamper can stamp customer logo and different soap shapes automatically.

All machines are cleaned, rust-proof treated, wrapped with waterproof film and packed in fumigated wooden crates with desiccants inside, to avoid rust and moisture damage.
- Halal soap formula reference & full documents We provide English operation manuals, circuit diagrams and maintenance guides. Basic halal toilet soap formula reference is also offered to help the customer with later halal certification application.
- Full set of customs documents Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CE and electrical documents will be supplied to support Indonesia customs clearance.
Factory FAT Test, Packing & Shipment Process
Before shipment, the whole 500kg/h toilet soap line went through FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) in our workshop. Engineers ran all machines continuously: mixer → conveyors → double three roll mills → duplex vacuum plodder → auto horizontal stamper, checking capacity, refining effect, soap extrusion quality and logo stamping result. The customer watched the test online and approved the performance.
After FAT approval, we disassembled the machines properly, did anti-rust and waterproof protection, and loaded components into fumigated wooden crates. Each crate is marked with shipping mark, dimension and weight. A set of standard wearing spare parts is included with the shipment.
